These Terms & Conditions govern the use of ReShape Clinic’s services, website, and booking system.

By booking an appointment or visiting our clinic, you agree to the following terms.

1. Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in‑clinic.
A booking fee may be required to secure your appointment.
Clients must provide accurate personal and medical information to ensure safe treatment.

2. Age Requirements

Clients under 18 years old must have parental or legal guardian consent.
A parent or guardian must be present at the appointment and remain in the clinic for the duration of the treatment.
Certain treatments may not be available to clients under 18, even with consent, depending on clinical suitability.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within the required timeframe will receive a full refund to the same payment method used at booking.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non‑refundable.
No‑shows are non‑refundable.
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid delaying the next client.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the booking fee may be forfeited.

5. Medical & Treatment Suitability

All treatments require a consultation to determine suitability.
ReShape Clinic reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is not medically appropriate or safe.
Clients must disclose all relevant medical information, medications, allergies, and conditions.

6. Results & Expectations

Results vary from person to person depending on skin type, lifestyle, and individual response.
No treatment can guarantee specific outcomes.
Before‑and‑after photos may be taken for clinical documentation and progress tracking (with your consent).

7. Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking or at the appointment, depending on the treatment.
Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original payment method only.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

Clients must follow all pre‑treatment and aftercare instructions provided by the clinic.
Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect results and safety.

10. Children & Guests

For safety and insurance reasons, children under 16 are not permitted in treatment rooms.
Please avoid bringing additional guests unless necessary.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

All personal and medical information is handled in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue promptly and professionally.
