Refund & Cancellation Policy

To ensure fair scheduling and availability for all clients, ReShape Clinic operates a 24‑hour cancellation policy.
 

For cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment , you will receive a full refund, issued to the same payment method used at the time of booking.
 

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, the booking is non‑refundable, as the time has been reserved exclusively for you.
 

Customers who do not attend their appointment without notice will not be eligible for a refund.
 

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Please use your appointment confirmation email to reschedule your appointment.
 

Arriving late may reduce your treatment time. If more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the booking fee may be forfeited.
